An energy and waste management specialist, who helps businesses manage their costs and compliance, is celebrating two years and two promotions with local firm Core Facility Services.
Oliver Willows joined the Elland based company in 2021 as a business development executive and within 6 months had been appointed sales team leader. A year after that, he was promoted again to his current role, Head of Sales.
Colette Watts, Managing Director of Core Facility Services, said: “Oliver is always looking for ways to improve the way our clients run their businesses by helping them save time and money in areas where costs can be unpredictable, such as energy, waste and water.
“Here at Core we have always had a strong framework for training and development and Oliver’s focus on the customer and his willingness to progress have seen him make the most of the opportunities we offer.
“We are delighted with the way he has embraced our ethos of customer care and community engagement in all sorts of ways, including getting involved in our work with local charities, networking groups and community events.”
Oliver said: “I love being part of the team at Core and I really enjoy being involved in the local business community, which I have found to be vibrant and supportive.
“I enjoy networking and particularly look forward to attending the Mid Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce events which are hosted right across the Mid Yorkshire Chamber area. I am always keen to get to know fellow businesses and I’d be delighted if people would look out for me and say hello next time they’re at an event.”
