Core has always had a tradition of getting involved in charity cycling challenges so it will come as no surprise that a number of the team volunteered to take part in this year’s Big Ride Home in aid of Halifax charity Happy Days.
Gareth, Rachel, Justin, Alec and Ollie took on the Lakeland Adventure earlier this month, battling unseasonably wet June weather and hundreds of miles in the saddle.
They cycled through the Lake District before returning home to Halifax for a well-deserved celebration.
Thank you to everyone who sponsored our intrepid team. All proceeds will go to Happy Days and will help them provide essential resources, support, and opportunities to those who are experiencing homelessness and crisis.
