Pricing Analyst
As a pricing analyst in our busy energy division, you’ll negotiate renewal contract options for Core clients, whilst understanding the client requirements and market conditions. In this role you will liaise with utility suppliers, requesting contract quotes, to provide analysis to clients to highlight the best options for them.
Key Responsibilities
- Management of fixed & flexible energy procurement
- Create and submit tenders to suppliers
- Collate half hourly/daily metered data to fulfil tendering requirements and analysis usage patterns.
- Create pricing analysis and input matrix & bespoke pricing to be issued to sales prior to client meetings
- Ensure all signed contracts are processed upon receipt and confirmation received from suppliers of acceptance
- Handle objections to transfer on behalf of our customers by liaising directly with
- suppliers and clients
- Accurately update energy database with contract renewals, objections and live date information
- Build relationships with energy suppliers to ensure a full understanding of all their products and services
- Attend supplier meetings / events and client meetings
- Develop knowledge of energy markets and industry terminology and provide regular market intelligence both internally & externally

Customer Services Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Handle all day-to-day aspects of customer service, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Respond to inbound enquiries via phone and email, liaising with clients and suppliers.
- Meet and exceed service level agreements (SLAs) for customer care.
- Set up new client contracts in our internal CRM and coordinate with the supplier chain.
- Work closely with the Finance Team to support accurate billing and reporting.
- Provide support to the Sales and Operations teams, including regular updates and status tracking.
- Manage a portfolio of SME clients, identifying opportunities to upsell additional services.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to delivering great customer outcomes.
