Securing rebates on billing errors
The client explained how Core has helped the business identify billing errors and recoup money from the energy supplier. Matt said:
Core has also helped us with a number of high value billing errors, securing significant rebates. One historic billing error was resolved in late 2022, thanks to Core’s persistence on our behalf, saving us more than £60K.
More recently, when we faced a large back bill due to a long-running query relating to gas meter readings, Core spent a lot of time dealing with the supplier to bring the dispute to a close and negotiated a £30K discount on our behalf for paying in one lump sum.
