Core Becomes Community Foundation for Calderdale Foundation Club Member
Core Facility Services has become the latest Foundation Club Member of the Community Foundation for Calderdale, pledging regular financial contributions to support the organisation’s fantastic work on its doorstep.
Core facility Services has been serving businesses and charities in the region for almost 20 years, helping them minimise costs and maximise efficiency on energy, waste and IT. The firm has developed a long-lasting partnership with charities including Overgate Hospice, Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice and Happy Days, supporting them through events and sponsorship and helping them minimise overheads so that as much of their money as possible goes to front line services.
Colette Watts, Managing Director of Core Facility Services, said: “Our philosophy has always been to partner with charities and voluntary organisations where we can make a tangible difference.
“By supporting the Community Foundation for Calderdale we know that our contributions will go directly to those in greatest need in our local area and we are incredibly proud to be supporting their work.”
Rachel Oates of CFC said: “We’re pleased that Core have joined as Foundation Club members, especially because they envelop the same values as us and are philanthropic in the way they live life and do business. We are growing our members who want to be part of a bigger movement to make Calderdale a nicer place to live and work.”
