Cleaning Contract Secured at Chadwick Lawrence
Huddersfield facility services firm Core has expanded its in-house cleaning team after signing a deal with law firm Chadwick Lawrence to manage commercial cleaning at its Wakefield and Huddersfield offices.
The deal has increased Core Facility Services’s contracted cleaning by an extra 70 hours a week and they have taken on nine extra staff, who will work as part of the Core cleaning and maintenance team across a range of local sites, including Chadwick Lawrence.
Colette Watts of Core said: “We have a longstanding relationship with Chadwick Lawrence as their waste management provider and we are pleased to have been able to extend our partnership with them to provide a fully managed professional cleaning service.
“Our goal has been to optimise the cleaning service so that it works more efficiently, reducing the number of hours required whilst delivering higher standards through careful planning and proactive management,” she explained.
Colette said Core was continuing to expand its in house cleaning and maintenance teams in response to demand from local businesses for estates management services. Clients include
Overgate Hospice and its shops, Huddersfield engineering firm Westin and Henderson Properties. Core also provides domestic cleaning services.
