Core Facility Services has promoted Stephanie Prosser to the role of Operations Manager to oversee the development of the operations team as part of the firm’s strategic growth plans.
Stephanie has held roles in both the operations and sales teams since joining the firm in 2018.
Colette Watts, managing director of Core Facility Services, said: “Stephanie has a strong background in customer care and really understands the importance of the client journey.
“She will take the lead in upskilling the operations team to efficiently handle client queries in waste, estates and IT.”
Stephanie said: “I am delighted to have been given the opportunity to support the operations team day to day and establish a programme of continuous improvement that will positively impact both our staff and our clients.”
