We have an exciting opportunity for a New Business Development role. You will be working in a friendly, vibrant, high energy and fast paced environment in Halifax, West Yorkshire.

Role Description

The New Business Development Role involves tasks such as lead generation, sales, business development and networking.  We are looking for a new salespeople to join the team at Core Facility Services in Elland, the role will be focused on trade waste/energy sales.

This is a targeted field-based role so being able to drive is essential.

This is an exciting role where you will be meeting companies of all types and sizes bringing on new business.

You will be passionate, proactive and a real self starter and used to working to Profit Targets & KPi’s.

B2B field sales experience is essential.

This is a new business role – new business self generating skills are essential. Ability to demonstrate achievement of targets is also essential.

Customer Service Executive

Are you a customer-focused professional with a knack for negotiation and organisation? We’re looking for a dynamic Customer Service Executive to join our growing team! In this exciting role, you’ll work directly with suppliers to secure the best rates, handle inbound sales inquiries, and support both our sales and customer services teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries (phone & email) and collaborate with sales teams to arrange services.
  • Source, negotiate with, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and consistent service.
  • Create timely sales proposal documents and handle any queries related to proposals.
  • Oversee contract documentation, ensuring accurate setup and on-time termination of service providers.
  • Provide support to both sales and customer service teams as needed, including regular updates and handling customer queries.
  • Manage the SME client base in partnership with the Operations team, identifying opportunities for upselling services.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in customer service, procurement, or related fields.
  • Excellent organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer support.
  • Knowledge of pricing and supplier negotiation would be beneficial.
